We keep this simple because the site is simple. We do not run a wall of marketing cookies.
What we store
We use your browser's local storage to remember what is in your tin so it is still there if you refresh the page. That is not a classic cookie, but it is similar: it lives on your device and you can clear it with your browser settings.
The site may also set a small technical cookie that Next.js or the host needs to keep the page working. Staff who sign in to the kitchen get a short-lived session cookie so they stay signed in; that is not used on the public shop. We do not use cookies to advertise buns at you on other websites.
Turning it off
You can block or delete storage in your browser. If you do, your tin will empty when you leave. Essential pages will still load.
