By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The bakery

The Chubby Bun sells small-batch bakes for delivery. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices, flavours or availability without notice for future orders.

Orders and delivery

An order is an offer to buy. Bakes are sold in packs, and postage is £3.99. We accept an order when we confirm by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if we cannot bake it, or if something looks like a mistake) and we will tell you.

We dispatch with Royal Mail between Tuesday and Thursday. Parcels usually arrive within 1–3 days. Orders placed after 11am on Thursday are dispatched the following Tuesday. Fresh baking can mean a slight variation. Once the parcel is with Royal Mail, use your tracking number for delivery tweaks; we are not responsible for Royal Mail delays after dispatch. Allergens and diet

We bake in a small kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, egg and nuts. Listings note the main allergens. If you have a serious allergy, email us before you order. We cannot promise a nut-free or allergen-free space.

The website

Content, photos and the Chubby Bun name are ours. Do not copy the site wholesale or pretend the buns are yours.

Liability

Nothing here limits your statutory rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for lost profits, mood, or the fact that one bun was never going to be enough.
